I just love this cover so much. It is not, however, the issue I recieved in the mail today. After waiting in agony for months while Gourmet processed my change of address, I finally got my Gourmet today, the April Issue. On Italian Regional cooking, no less! Man, I was so excited, you have no idea. On that note, I’m going to go drool over its Parmigiano-Reggiano recipes now.
